Okay, best commentary on the Julien firing officially goes to Forechecker.

Now, what I want to know is -- who's going to agree to coach that team now? Other than Lameriello loyalists (Scott Stevens? Daneyko? Kirk Muller?) or someone willing to take the job just to showcase for some other team after they get fired... Or maybe some guy who's buried in the minors who might get a bit of notice doing it (Kevin Constantine, anyone?)

anyone who signs better demand a 3 year deal, and plan after buyout to really enjoy spending a year golfing on the Devils when they get fired after a year or two.
